Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the ShareTrade platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our platform.

1. Introduction

Welcome to ShareTrade. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • Platform: The ShareTrade website, mobile applications, and related services.
  • User: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
  • Shares: Digital assets available for trading on the Platform.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • To access certain features, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.

4. Trading Rules

  • All shares are sold at a fixed price of 1 KSH per share.
  • Shares mature after 3 days from purchase. Matured shares can be sold at 1.30 KSH per share (30% profit).
  • Both buyer and seller must confirm transactions for completion.
  • All trades are subject to our verification and anti-fraud procedures.

5. Payment Processing

  • Users are responsible for ensuring payment details are accurate and up to date.
  • The Platform facilitates communication between buyers and sellers but does not process payments directly.
  • Users must confirm receipt of payment before shares are transferred.
  • Disputes regarding payments must be reported promptly for investigation.

6. User Conduct

  • You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: fraud, abuse, harassment, spamming, and unauthorized access.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by ShareTrade or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShareTrade disclaims all liability for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShareTrade, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating this page and revising the effective date below. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ShareTrade operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
